We have been made aware that ICE activity may begin increasing in the Boston area, and many of us have personal connections to what is happening in Minneapolis. | WHO WE ARE: The BCM and BCB staff union has partnered with the AFT (American Federation of Teachers) to build a coalition, with additional support from the Berklee Faculty Union, and Studio Operations (represented by IBEW2222). In 2025, our leadership began outlining the demands of the staff union based on feedback from our workplace issue form.
