As we prepare to bargain with administration, keep in mind some of the challenges you may encounter (or may have already encountered):

If your superiors want to change to your pay, change your job title or description, or reorganize your department, they must negotiate for it in bargaining.

Superiors cannot direct deal with individuals on behalf of the union.
